Can Anyone Place an Order With Gateway Safety? No – In order to build stronger relationships with our distribution partners, Gateway Safety has instituted a policy of selling our industrial safety products exclusively through our industrial distribution and safety supply house partners.

Does Gateway Safety Have a "Minimum" Order? Yes – However, please note that these minimums are among the lowest in the industry. In order to maintain our high standard of customer service, Gateway Safety has implemented a minimum order policy of $100. Any orders below this minimum are subject to a service charge of $25. Likewise, drop shipments are subject to a $250 minimum order policy. Drop shipments less than this minimum are subject to a service charge of $25.
What is the Lead-time on Most Gateway Safety Orders? From order placement to order receipt, Gateway Safety strives to provide the best customer service in the safety industry. As part of that effort, many orders that we receive before noon, Eastern Standard Time, get shipped the same day. Most orders that we receive after noon get shipped by the next business day.
