Michelle joined Gateway Safety in the spring of 1998. A relative neophyte, when compared to her colleagues, she has become a key member of the customer service team in a very short period of time. At Gateway Safety, she blends strong communication skills with a unique sense of resourcefulness to find creative solutions for our distribution partners. Prior to Gateway Safety, Michelle was at a large national insurance company. That experience helped develop her expertise in customer service. Michelle is actively involved in her daughters activities. She is also a founding member of the "unofficial Einar Diaz fan club."
