Diane has over twenty years of experience in office and customer service management. Since joining our customer service team in 1989, she has become a central figure at Gateway Safety. In that time, she has developed an exceptional understanding of customer-oriented selling and a remarkable ability to build strong customer relationships. Prior to joining Gateway Safety, she served as Office Manager for AT Kearney, one of the worlds largest management consulting firms. In that role, she was responsible for day-to-day activities, including the coordination of client interaction, and developed excellent presentation and communication skills. Diane is an enthusiastic, and rather vocal, supporter of Cleveland professional sports teams.
