Laura began her career at Gateway Safety in 1980, making her the companies’ elder ambassador. Since then, she has taken on many roles – from Production Manager to Purchasing Agent, to Plant Manager and, now, Operations Manager. In that capacity, she’s able to utilize her 20+ years of experience in the industrial safety market to find creative production solutions, and thereby, reduce costs for our distribution partners. Laura brings a blue-collar approach to her career, and has a keen sense of organizational theory. She is active in the rescue and care of stray and injured animals.

ON THE ROLE OF PRODUCTION:
